I Was Busy in My Teenage Years

I was busy in my teenage years.During six years of competing, I collected 121 medals, with trophies as a bonus when competitions were well-endowed.I became a state champion multiple times. I became the champion of South-East Europe multiple times. All this between the ages of 10 and 16.I quickly realized that a career in combat sports is akin to gambling on whether success will come or not. Thus, I shifted my focus from competing but never ceased training, transitioning from karate to kickboxing while earning a degree in Computer Science.Years later, I often ponder: "Am I extremely disciplined because of sports, or was I already predisposed to discipline, with sports merely channeling it toward success?"One thing is certain: my mind is bulletproof. As I achieve goals one after another, I prove to myself that anything is attainable. Some battles may take longer, but the "never give up" strategy is always the best strategy to follow. Even when adversity strikes, I challenge life: "Is that all you've got!?"Believe in yourself, even if it requires a delusional mind. Understand the process of improvement, and no matter the length and difficulty of the road, it is never impossible to traverse.You've got this!

Let me give you some business advice.Net-benefit businesses are 100x less effort to profit from and scale, than 0-benefit businesses.Investing is an example of a 0-benefit business.You make money at other people's EXPENSE.Scamming people is as well.The problem with 0-benefit businesses is that it takes money from unwilling participants.It requires constant and consistent effort to trick/outsmart the funds from someone.The beauty of net-benefit businesses is that the money is given willingly, happily and consistently.It takes much less effort to retain the customer and thereby grows exponentially.It's also MUCH easier on the marketing/sales team.Less time covering up unhappy customers is more time promoting happy customers and focusing on better marketing/sales angles.Morale also increases as the team is a net positive on the world.The team FEELS GOOD doing what they're doing.They're making the world a better place.Be VERY careful trying to become rich through FORCEFUL THEFT of other people's money (investing, scamming)It is much EASIER and FASTER to become rich by providing a product/service that other people really benefit from.The reason is simply the amount of effort required to grow and sustain a business.Want a quick relatively small win?Hit and run?0-benefit businesses can work.Want sustained momentum?Want an exponential increase in wealth and wins?Want to be FOREVER RICH?Net-benefit businesses are how you'll do it.I cannot imagine hitting 100M+ status without a net-benefit business.Too many restarts would be required with hit-and-run tactics.No momentum, no PERMANENT wins.Most rich-rich just had a net-benefit business,The fact they invested intelligently at the same time wasn't the game changer. Their net-benefit business was.Michael Saylor is a good example of someone who runs a net-benefit business.SBF is a good example of someone who ran a 0-benefit business.Both of them invested aggressively.One is currently a legend, the other one is in jail.I could tell you how this fact of life further proves God is very real.But that is a lesson for another time.Want to become rich-rich? Do good for the world and help people.There is no faster or easier way.
Here's a simple example I want to share, because I believe many here might overcomplicate things, thinking they need to reinvent the wheel. You don't. Check this out:I once ran a gaming YouTube channel focused on tutorials that helped players acquire certain in-game items faster, easier, and earlier than usual.These videos consistently had a 98% to 99% like-to-dislike ratio, favoring likes. Many people just want to come home, fire up their PlayStation/XBOX/PC, play for a few hours to unwind, and then go to sleep or do something else. While playing, they don't want the hassle of completing tough game parts or starting an NG+ to play with a weapon unlocked at the end of the game.This business wasn't rocket science or overly complicated; I was simply making gaming easier for them, and they were thankful and happier for it. Thanks to their views, subscriptions, and engagement, the channel was monetized and generated a decent monthly income.Later, despite the channel's potential for further growth and requests for tutorials on upcoming games, I chose to pass it on (sell it) to someone else, ending my journey with a substantial profit and invaluable experience.What I did was a pure win-win-win-win situation: subscribers received helpful content, advertisers gained new buyers, I earned a cut from the advertisers, and YouTube ran the show.I hope this helps you realize that you can turn almost anything into a business. If there's something you're already good at, find a way to monetize it, build a community, and you're on a great path to success in life.
